园艺观赏植物金心吊兰叶解剖结构研究

Study on leaf anatomical structure of Chlorophytum capense var. medio-pictum

摘要:

摘 要: 通过石蜡切片研究了金心吊兰叶的解剖结构。结果表明:⑴金心吊兰叶为等面型叶,表皮由一层排列紧密的表皮细胞组成,上表皮厚度约为下表皮的2倍,气孔分布于下表皮,叶肉没有栅栏组织和海绵组织之分,叶脉结构简单,由木质部、韧皮部和机械组织组成;⑵园艺栽培变种金心吊兰的叶更厚,主要叶细胞更大,不同于叶片全绿的原变种宽叶吊兰;⑶金心吊兰叶绿素的生物合成和叶绿体的发育对叶表皮和叶肉组织的发育起着一定的抑制作用,其黄色条纹区叶细胞明显较绿色条纹区大。

Abstract:

Abstract : The leaf anatomical structure of Chlorophytum capense var. medio-pictum was studied by paraffin slice. The results indicates: ⑴ the leaf is isobifacial, and each epidermis consists of a row of epidermic cells. The thickness of upper epidermis is about twice as that of the lower. Stomata distribute only on the lower epidermis, and there is no palisade tissue and spongy tissue in the mesophyll. Vein is simple, and consists of xylem, phloem and mechanical tissue. ⑵ Thickness and cell size of leaves in C. capense var. medio-pictum is much bigger than those in C. capense. ⑶ In C. capense var. medio-pictum leaves, cell size of yellow stripe is much bigger than that of green stripe, which indicates biosynthesis of chlorophyll and development of chloroplast perhaps inhibited the cell size of the leaves.
