摘要: 【目的】研究分析普通菜豆基因组学研究进展,为其未来研究方向和重点任务提供建议。【方法】通过查阅关于普通菜豆基因组学相关的文献,对普通菜豆遗传图谱研究、基因组测序、比较基因组研究、转录组学等方面的研究进展进行全面总结和分析。【结果】普通菜豆基因组学研究在食用豆中是处于领先地位,而在豆科中仅次于大豆,这在一定程度上也促进了菜豆基因挖掘、遗传改良等的研究。【结论】普通菜豆基因组研究目前存在诸如基因组信息不够完整、基因功能研究不足、育种可利用分子标记缺少等问题,并提出了今后基因组研究的重点方向和任务。
