彩色马铃薯资源的疮痂病抗性分析及药剂防效研究

Identification of Common Scab Resistance in Colorful Potato (Solanum tuberosum) Resources and Research on the Control Effect of Different Fungicides

摘要: 【目的】为筛选高抗疮痂病的彩色马铃薯材料和有效防治方法。【方法】以带疮痂病菌的29份品种(系)的原原种为材料,田间种植并调查块茎发病率、病情指数,用隶属函数法综合评价材料的抗病性。用8种药剂对6份(高)感病材料的原原种作浸种处理,调查块茎发病情况,评价药剂防效。【结果】感病对照品种底西瑞的抗病性综合评价D 值0.24,发病率和病情指数分别为54.39%和30.70。筛选到2份高抗材料的D值分别为0.88和0.94。以D值聚类表明疮痂病抗性在杂交组合群体内的分布无明显规律,即不以遗传组合群聚类。同一药剂对不同材料的防效存在显著差异,化学药剂春雷·王铜的广适性最好,对6份材料的平均防效最高,达60.97%。【结论】鉴定到的高抗彩薯材料16-4-1、17-7-9,广适性药剂春雷·王铜将为培育高抗疮痂病彩色品种和药剂防治提供参考。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To screen some colorful potato lines with high resistance to scab and effective methods of preventing and controlling potato microscab disease. 【Method】 Using pre-basic seed tubers of 29 lines (variety) infected with scab as materials, the scab resistance study were comprehensively evaluated through the point of the incidence and disease index. 8 fungicides were used to soak pre-basic seed tubers of 6 (high) susceptible materials and evaluate the efficacy of fungicides by investigate the tuber disease. 【Result】 The resistance comprehensive evaluation D-value of the control variety Desiree was 0.24, and the incidence rate and disease index were 54.39% and 30.70 respectively. The D-values of two high resistance materials were 0.88 and 0.94 respectively. D-value clustering analysis showed that the distribution of scab resistance in the hybrid population had no obvious regularity and it was not clustered by the genetic combination group. There was significant difference in the control effect of the same agent on different materials. The chemical agent kasugamycin+basic cupric chloride had the best wide adaptability,with the highest average control effect of 60.97%. 【Conclusion】 The identified high resistance colorful materials 16-4-1, 17-7-9 and wide adaptability chemicals kasugamycin+basic cupric chloride will provide reference for breeding high resistance scab colorful varieties and chemical control.
