达氏鲟和西伯利亚鲟精子超微结构的比较研究

摘要: 【目的】比较达氏鲟(Acipenser dabryanus)和西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)精子超微结构,探究其结构差异。【方法】采用超薄切片法,利用透射电镜对达氏鲟和西伯利亚鲟精子超微结构进行比较研究。【结果】达氏鲟和西伯利亚鲟的精子在整体结构上相似,均由头部、中段、尾部3部分组成。两种鲟鱼在中段和尾部的结构相似,同时两种鲟鱼精子头部分均有明显的顶体结构,而其差异主要体现在头部细胞核,在达氏鲟精子头部细胞核中存在内切沟结构,西伯利亚鲟却未观察到。【结论】达氏鲟和西伯利亚鲟精子结构差异与其栖息环境密切相关,精子结构上演化出的特异性结构可能都是为了提高繁殖过程中的受精率。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of this study was to compare the sperm ultrastructures of Acipenser dabryanus and Acipenser baerii. 【Method】 Ultrathin sectioning method was used to investigate the sperm ultrastructure of Acipenser dabryanus and Acipenser baerii by transmission electron microscope. 【Result】 The sperm structures of Acipenser dabryanus and Acipenser baerii were overall similar, both were composed of head, middle and tail, and acrosomes were obviously observed in both sturgeons. Interestingly, endonuclear canals were found only in the nucleus of Acipenser dabryanus. 【Conclusion】 The differences of sperm morph between Acipenser dabryanus and Acipenser baerii were closely related to the habitat environment. The special structures of the sperm had been developed for the improvement of fertility rate.
