Effects of Chitosan oligosaccharides supplementation on serum antioxidation property in broilers.

摘要: 【目的】试验旨在研究饲粮中添加壳寡糖(COS)对肉鸡抗氧化性能的影响。【方法】选用1日龄爱拔益加(AA)健康肉公鸡640只,随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,COSⅠ、COSⅡ和COSⅢ组分别饲喂含200、350和500mg/kg壳寡糖的基础饲粮。试验鸡自由采食和饮水,试验期为42d。 在第21d和42d采血,分离血清,检测血清T-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和GR的活性,MDA和GSH的含量,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和抑制羟自由基的能力血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性,丙二醛(MDA)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和抑制羟自由基的能力 。【结果】饲粮中添加200、350和500mg/kg壳寡糖均能显著提高肉鸡血清T-SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和GR抗氧化酶的活性(P < 0.01),降低血清MDA的含量(P < 0.05),提高GSH含量(P < 0.05),提高T-AOC和抑制羟自由基的能力(P < 0.05)。【结论】饲粮中壳寡糖添加量达200 mg/kg及以上水平时,血清中抗氧化酶活性最高和氧化产物MDA含量最低,对肉鸡血清抗氧化能力有明显增强的改善最明显。

Abstract: 【Objective】The objective of this study was In order to investigate the effects of dietary Chitosan oligosaccharides (COS) on serum antioxidation ability in broilers. 【Method】Six hundred and forty 640 1-day-old healthy Arbor Acres (AA) male broilers were randomly divided into four groups. The chickens of the control group birds were fed with a basal diet, and animals of in the COS Ⅰ, COS Ⅱ and COS Ⅲ groups were fed with diets supplemented with 200, 350 and 500 mg/kg COS, respectively. Broilers were provided feed and water ad libitum for 42 days. At 21d and 42d, serum separated serumfrom blood samples was used for detecting the activities of T-SOD, GSH-Px, CATand GRtotal superoxide disambiguation (T-SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), hydrogen peroxide (CAT) and glutathione reductase (GR), the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH), total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC) and capacity of inhibiting hydroxyl free radical. 【Results】The results showed that diets supplemented with 200, 350 and 500mg/kg COS could significantly enhance the activities of T-SOD, GSH-Px, CAT and GR antioxidant enzymes(P<0.01), reduce the content of MDA (P<0.05), increase the content of GSH (P<0.05) and improve the ability of T-AOC and the capacity of inhibiting hydroxyl free radical (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Dietary Diet supplemented with more than 350mg200mg/kg COS showed the optimal improved antioxidative capacity for its best improving effects on increasing antioxidant enzyme activities and decreasing MDA content.
