日粮能量和蛋白水平对5~10周龄肉鸭生长发育、肌肉品质的影响

摘要: [研究目的]为了探讨苏邮2号肉鸭适宜的日粮代谢能水平与粗蛋白含量,本试验选取了540只5周龄苏邮2号肉鸭为研究对象,研究不同代谢能水平(11.40、11.80、12.20 MJ/kg)和粗蛋白含量(13.80%、15.30%、16.80%)对5~10周龄肉鸭生长发育性能及肌肉品质的影响。[方法]试验设置9个处理组,每个处理组设置3个重复,每个重复10公10母。[结论]结果表明:⑴第1、2、4、5、6组试验鸭平均日增重显著地高于第3、9组(P<0.05),第3、9组料重比显著地高于其余各组(P<0.05),第5、6组试验鸭体斜长显著地高于第1、9组(P<0.05)。平均日增重代谢能粗蛋白互作效应显著(P<0.05),体斜长粗蛋白主效应显著(P<0.05)。⑵第5组试验鸭半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌率与第1组相比,差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),第6组全净膛率与第1组间差异显著(P<0.05),第5、8组腿肌率显著地高于第1、2组(P<0.05),第5组胸肌率与第3组间差异显著(P<0.05)。粗蛋白主效应在半净膛率、全净膛率间达到显著水平(P<0.05),胸肌率的代谢能主效应显著(P<0.05),腿肌率的代谢能粗蛋白的互作效应显著(P<0.05)。⑶肌苷酸含量在各个实验组间、以及不同肌肉组织间的差异不显著(P>0.05),但肌苷酸在胸肌中的含量普遍要高于腿肌,代谢能、粗蛋白及代谢能粗蛋白的互作效应均不显著(p>0.05)。第8组试验鸭胸肌粗脂肪含量显著地高于第1组(P<0.05),胸肌粗脂肪含量代谢能粗蛋白互作效应显著(P<0.05)。第7组试验鸭腿肌pH值显著地高于第8组(P<0.05),代谢能粗蛋白间的互作效应显著(P<0.05)。由此可见,在相同饲养管理条件下,采食中等代谢能和粗蛋白水平日粮有利于苏邮2号肉鸭生产性能的提高。

Abstract: [OBJECTIVE] This study investigated the effects of energy and protein level on the growth performance and muscle quality of Suyou 2 meat ducks aged from 5 to 10 weeks. [METHOD] A total of 540 5-week-old meat duck were randomly divided into 9 treatments, each treatment 3 replicates, and each replicate 10 males and 10 females. Three dietary ME levels, 11.40 MJ/kg, 11.80 MJ/kg and 12.20 MJ/kg, and three dietary CP levels, 13.80 %, 15.30 % and 16.80 %, were examined using a 3 × 3 factorial arrangement of treatments. [RESULTS] The results indicated that: ⑴ the average daily weight gain of the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th group was significantly higher than that of the 3rd, 9th group (P<0.05). The feed conversion ratio of the 3rd, 9th group was significantly higher than that of the other groups (P<0.05). The body length of the 5th, 6th group was significantly higher than that of the 1st, 9th groups (P<0.05). The interactional influence on the average daily weight gain was significant (P<0.05), the influence of CP on the body length was also significant (P<0.05). ⑵ The semi-evisecrated percentage, evisecrated percentage, leg muscle percentage, breast muscle percentage of the 5th group were significantly higher than those of the 1st group (P<0.05), the evisecrated percentage of the 6th group were significantly higher than that of the 1st group (P<0.05), the leg muscle percentage of the 5th, 8th group were significantly higher than that of the 1st, 2nd group (P<0.05), the breast muscle percentage of the 5th group were significantly higher than that of the 3rd group (P<0.05). The influence of CP on the semi-evisecrated percentage and evisecrated percentage was significant (P<0.05), the influence of ME on the breast muscle percentage and the interactional influence on leg muscle percentage was also significant (P<0.05). ⑶ The inosinic acid content between all groups and different tissues had no significant difference (P>0.05), but the insomniac acid content in the breast muscle was generally higher than that in the leg muscle, the influence of ME, CP and interaction was not significant (P>0.05). The crude fat content in the breast muscle of the 8th group was significantly higher than that of the 1st group (P<0.05), and the interactional influence was significant (P<0.05). The pH value in the leg muscle of the 7th group was significantly higher than that of the 8th group (P<0.05), and the interactional influence was significant (P<0.05). These results indicate that dietary with the medium levels of ME and CP is beneficial to improve the production performance of Suyou 2 meat ducks.
