福寿螺肉提取液抗氧化活性初步研究

Preliminary Study on Antioxidant Activity of Ampullaria gigas Spix Extracts

摘要: [目的] 研究福寿螺肉的水提液、无水乙醇提取液、60%乙醇提取液的抗氧化能力。[方法] 利用总抗氧化能力(A-TOC)测定试剂盒,羟自由基测定试剂盒,抗超氧阴离子自由基及产生超氧阴离子自由基测试盒,以及测定还原力的方法。[结果] 表明:抑制羟基自由基能力60%乙醇提取液比无水乙醇提取液强,水提液抑制羟基自由基能力最强;抗超氧阴离子活性,水提液比乙醇提取液强;总抗氧化能力水提液比无水乙醇提取液强,60%乙醇提取液总抗氧化能力最强;水提液比无水乙醇提取液具有较强的还原力,且60%乙醇提取液还原力最强。[结论] 在所选取提取液梯度(15~35 g/L)的范围内,提取液的抗氧化能力与浓度呈正相关,表明福寿螺肉具有较好的抗氧化活性,低浓度的乙醇溶剂提取效果较好。

Abstract: [Objective] To evaluate the antioxidant capacity of water extracts,60% ethanol extracts and anhydrous ethanol extracts from Ampullaria gigas Spix. [Method] Total antioxidant capacity (A-TOC)assay kits,hydroxyl radical assay kits,resistance to the ultra oxygen anion free radical and superoxide anion free radical assay kits,and the method of determination of reduction ability were used. [Results] The results showed that 60% ethanol extracts were stronger than anhydrous ethanol extracts in inhibition of hydroxyl radical,and water extracts were the strongest.Water extracts were stronger than ethanol extracts in resistance to superoxide anion free radical.Water extracts were stronger than anhydrous ethanol extracts in total antioxidant capacity,and 60% ethanol extracts were the strongest.Water extracts were stronger than anhydrous ethanol extracts in reduction ability,and 60% ethanol extracts were the strongest. [Conclusion] Antioxidant ability of the three kinds of extracts showed dose-effect relationship within 15-35 g/L. The antioxidant activity of Ampullaria gigas Spix was obviously well,and the low concentration of ethanol solvent was better than anhydrous ethanol.
