鼠尾草属四种植物花粉活力与柱头可授性研究

Pollen Viability and Stigma Receptivity of Four Taxa in the Genus Salvia

摘要: 用TTC 法测定鼠尾草属4种植物花粉的活力,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定其柱头的可授性。结果表明随着散粉时间的延长,贵州鼠尾草紫背变种、血盆草与黄花鼠尾草的花粉活力都是逐渐降低的,而宝兴鼠尾草的花粉活力是先降低再升高,达到峰值之后再降低。散粉初期花粉活力最高的是宝兴鼠尾草,平均为85.3%;花粉活力最低的是黄花鼠尾草,平均为37.7%。4种鼠尾草属植物的花粉活力可持续3~7d,最佳传粉期为开花后1d;柱头在花冠刚开放时便具有可授性,可授性持续3~5d,最佳授粉期为开花后3d。

Abstract: Pollen viabilities of four taxa in the genus Salvia were evaluated using TTC(2, 3, 5 - triphenyl tetrazolium chloride) , while stigma receptivities were measured by the method of benzidine - H2O2. The results showed that the pollen viability deceased during time of pollen shedding for S. cavaleriei var. erythrophylla, S. cavaleriei var. simplicifolia. However, it was different for S. paohsingensis Whose pollen viability deceased at first and then increased at a top, and deceased gradually. At the beginning of shedding the highest average pollen viability was S. paohsingensis (85.3%) and the least was S. flava (37.7%). The pollen longevities were about 3 to 7 days for 4 plants and the optimal pollination time was 1 day after flowering. The stigma of all accessions had receptivity when blooming. The stigma receptivity of 4 taxa was 3 to 5 days and the optimal pollination period lasted 3 days.
