川西地区五种土壤类型上辐射松幼苗生长与光合特性研究

Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Pinus radiata Seedlings Grown on Five Types of Soil in West Sichuan

摘要: 采用川西地区具有代表性的几种土壤类型进行辐射松栽培对比试验,选择的土壤类型有初育土、黄壤、紫色石骨子土、泥性紫色土(泥性紫色土又分别取自于水杉成熟林下和马尾松成熟林下,本试验分别表示为泥性紫色土Ⅰ和泥性紫色土Ⅱ),分析辐射松幼苗在几种土壤类型上的生长(苗高及地径生长量)、叶绿素含量、光合速率、叶绿素荧光等指标。结果如下:①几种土壤类型上辐射松幼苗苗高生长量与地径生长量之间差异极显著,生长在泥性紫色土Ⅰ中的辐射松幼苗苗高生长量显著高于生长在另外4种土壤条件下的辐射松;②不同土壤类型上辐射松幼苗总叶绿素Ct、叶绿素Ca/Cb、净光合速率Pn、PSⅡ原初光化学反应最大量子效率Fv/Fm差异显著,从高到低分别为:泥性紫色土Ⅰ > 初育土 > 黄壤 > 泥性紫色土Ⅱ > 紫色石骨子土。从总体来看,辐射松幼苗在泥性紫色土Ⅰ中生长表现较好,在初育土和黄壤中次之。

Abstract: Pinus radiata seedlings were cultivated in different soils typical of west Sichuan, which were Entisols, yellow soil, gravelic purple soil, loarnic purple soil (loarnic purple soil were got from Pinus massoniana forest and Metasequoia glyptostroboides forest, which were loarnic purple soil Ⅰ and loarnic purple soil Ⅱ respectively). Main growing factors (growth of seedlings height and diameter of ground stem), chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence were studied. The experimental results were listed as below:①The differences of seedling height growth and diameter grow th of ground stem on five types of soils were significant. The height growth and diameter growth of ground stem of Pinus radiata on loarnic purple soil Ⅰ were significantly higher than in other types of soil. ②The differences of total chlorophyll contents (Ct), chlorophyll a/b (Ca/Cb), net photosynthetic rates (Pn) and PS Ⅱ efficiency (Fv/Fm) on five types of soils were significant. The order was listed as below:loarnic purple soil Ⅰ > Entisols > yellow soil > loarnic purple soil Ⅱ > gravelic purple soil. The results suggested that Pinus radiata which were cultivated in loarnic purple soil Ⅰ grew very well, and which were cultivated in primitive soil and yellow soil grew good.
