茄子/番茄嫁接体发育过程中的蛋白质含量、POD、CAT和SOD活性及其同工酶研究

摘要: 通过茄子/番茄离体嫁接,对嫁接体发育中的蛋白质含量、POD、SOD及CAT同工酶进行了研究。结果表明,可溶性蛋白质含量与POD及SOD活性变化趋势一致,表现为先增后降的趋势,在嫁接6 d后活性最强,而CAT活性与此相反,表现出先降后增的趋势,在嫁接后6 d活性最低。嫁接后POD酶带逐渐增加,而SOD与CAT酶带没有变化。

Abstract: Protein content, activity and enzymes of POD, SOD and CAT in eggplant/tomato graft unions through in vitro grafting were studied. The results show the content of soluble protein, POD and SOD activities increases gradually in early period after grafting and decreases gradually in later period after grafting. Their content and activities are the highest at day 6 after grafting. While CAT activity decreases gradually in early period after grafting and increases gradually in later period after grafting, at day 6 after grafting, the activity is the lowest. After grafting, POD bands increases gradually while CAT and SOD bands remain the same.
