猪胴体品质性状的杂种优势效应分析

摘要: 选取长白猪、约克夏猪和新荣昌猪为研究对象,通过对各品种试猪及其杂交猪的相关性状分析表明:在肌纤维生长、肉质性状和胴体性状的表现上都存在不同程度的杂种优势效应。尤其在肉质性状上,本次试验中的两种杂交猪均存在有利于肉质改善的正向杂种优势

Abstract: Data of 15 Landrace, 10 Yorksire and 15 New Rongchang pigs and 45 of their crossbred pigs were collected in this study. Analysis indicate there were different density of heterosis on the growth of meat fiber, meat quality traits and carcass quality traits. Especially in the meat quality traits, there were positive heterosis which were benefit on the improving of meat quality of the two kinds of crossbred pigs.
