有机肥对鱼腥草产量品质及养分吸收的影响

Effect of Organic Fertilizer on Output and Quality and Nutrient Uptake by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb

摘要: 采用盆栽试验,研究了猪粪、牛粪的不同用量对鱼腥草产量、品质及养分吸收的影响。结果表明:猪粪用量较少时无明显增产作用,用量增至225g/盆(相当大田用量76500kg/hm2)时才获得显著增产(P=0.05);在粘质土中,施用牛粪的增产量比猪粪平均高34.5%。适宜有机肥用量能提高根可溶性糖含量,用量过大反而使其含量降低;根Vc含量则随有机肥用量的增加而逐渐降低。牛粪对鱼腥草中甲基正壬酮的形成有不利影响,而获得最大药用价值的猪粪用量为150g/盆(相当大田用量51000kg/hm2),猪粪用量过大,反使甲基正壬酮含量大为降低。施用有机肥能明显提高植株氮、磷、钾含量,是改善鱼腥草氮、磷、钾营养的有效途径。

Abstract: Effects of organic fertilizer on output, quality and nutrient uptaken by Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. were investigated through pot experiment. Results show that when pig dung is applied with a general quantity the output didn't increase obviously, while with a large quantity(225g/per basin, it is equivalent to 76500kg/hm2 in field) the output increased clearly(P=0.05). In clay soil the output is higher by an average of 34.5% with the use of cow dung than that of pig dung. Soluble sugar content of root increases under the appropriate amount of organic fertilizer, but decreases under the overmuch organic fertilizer; Vc content of root decreases directly with the increasing of organic fertilizer. Cow dung has disadvantageous influence on forming of methylnonylketone of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. The highest medicinal value is achieved when the amount of pig dung is 150g/per basin(it is equivalent to 51000kg/hm2 in field), but under the overmuch use of pig dung methylnonylketone content is reduce largely. The use of organic fertilizer is one way to improve N, P, K nutrition of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb. because it rises evidently N, P, K content.
