摘要: 本文以茶水比例、溶剂浓度为试验因素,采取二次回归旋转设计法,建立了茶多酚、儿茶素总量浸取率的回归方程,选取了较优处理组合,并进行了浸取次数对浸取物浓度和浸取率的影响的试验。为深入研究茶多酚提取技术提供了资料。

Abstract: Based on the certain rate of tea and water, on the certain solubility, adopting quadratic regression analysis method, this essay sets up the regression equation on the total tea polyphenols and catechin. With better conducting, the experiment is done on the effect of soaking times upon the soak-ing liquid solubility and soaking rate, and it is the material for further research on tea polyphenols extraction technique.
