豌豆主要数量性状的配合力分析

摘要: 本文对4×6不完全双列杂交组成的24个F1豌豆(P. sativum)杂交组合8个产量性状的配合力分析表明,各性状配合力效应不同,同一性状不同亲本一般配合力效应也各异;单株产量特殊配合力的高低决定于单株粒数和百粒重特殊配合力效应的高低及其协调;加性和非加性效应都很重要,但株高主要受加性基因效应控制,单株粒重、百粒重等七个性状表现为基因的非加性效应占主导作用。

Abstract: The analysis of combining abitity of eight yield characters from 24 pea F1 hybrids in 4×6 incomplete diallel design experiment was conducted. The results indicated that the differences of Gca of 8 characters were significant at 0.05 or 0.01 level, and the Sca of grain weight per plant was dependent on the harmony between that of number of grain Fer plant and 100-grain weight. Additive gene effects and nonadditive gene effects were important in eight characters, but the plant height was mainly controlled by additivc gene effects, nonadditive gene effects played a more important role than additive gene effect did in other characters.
