丙硫苯咪唑在奶山羊体内药代动力学研究

摘要: 本文报道用高压液相色谱法研究了奶山羊一次口服丙硫苯咪唑粉剂(20mg/kg)后,血中丙硫苯咪唑及其代谢物-亚砜和砜的药代动力学规律。测定条件YWG-80μm,150×4.6mm不锈钢柱;流动相:正已烷-乙醇-乙晴(360:50:0.26V/V/V);紫外检测波长:292nm。甲苯咪唑作内标。主要动力学参数:亚砜和砜的T1/2、Tmax、Cmax、AUC分别为:10.98(hr);20.48(hr),12.01(hr);20.72(hr);50.11(μg/ml);1.79(μg/ml);173.18(μg/ml.hs);106.56(μg/ml.hr)。

Abstract: This paper reports on the pharmacokinetics of albendazole and its main metabolites-sulfoxide and sulfone in serum of milking goat given albendazole as a powder at a does rate of 20mg/kg weight by high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC). YWG-80 was chosen as solid phase and the mobile phase consisted of hexane ethanol acetonitrile (360:50:0.26v/v/v). The wavelenght of UV detector was 292nm. Mebendazole was used as an internal standard. The major parameters were respectively T1/2k、Tmax、Cmax、AUC of sulfoxide and sulfone are: 10.98(hr)、20.48(hr)、12.01(hr)、20.72(hr)、5.11(μg/ml)、1.79(μg/ml); 173.18(μg/ml.hr)、106.56(μg/ml.hr).
