Melanin用作根瘤菌鉴定的可行性研究

摘要: 本试验利用两株从合欢树种(Acacia senegal)根瘤中分离获得的菌株TTR-44 Mel+和TTR-6 Mel-作材料,研究了Mel+基因的稳定性,并与目前广泛使用的抗菌素标记法比较,探讨了Melanin(黑素)在根瘤菌竟争结瘤研究中,用于菌株鉴定的可行性。结果表明:Melanin用作根瘤菌株鉴定是一种可行而且简便的方法。

Abstract: Two rhizobial strains TTR-44(Mel+) and TTR-6(Mel-) isolated from the root nodules of Acacia senegal were used in studying the stability of Mel+ gene in Rhizobium, and the posibility of using Melanin as a marker for strain identification in rhizobial competition experiment in comparison with spontenous antibiotic resistant markers. The results indicated that Mel+ gene in rhizobia was stable within 150 generations at least, and Melanin was a simple and useful marker for rhizobial strain identification.
