基于物元评判模型的土地整理效益评价研究

Research on the Benefit Evaluation of Land Consolidation Based on Matter-element Model

摘要: [目的] 土地整理效益评价是对土地整理实施后的效果进行评估,评价实际效益是否达到项目实施前的设计要求。[方法] 以犍为县舞雩乡土地整治项目为例,从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益3个方面选取15个指标构建评价指标体系,运用改进的层次分析法计算各指标的权重值,以物元分析理论为基础,通过经典域、节域、待判物元的确定以及关联度的计算构建出土地整理效益评价模型。[结果] 运用模型计算出其综合效益的总和关联度分值为0.024,属于"优秀"范畴。[结论] 评价方法可为今后的研究提供更多的思路,结果也可为效益评价提供参考。

Abstract: [Objective] The benefit evaluation of land consolidation is the evaluation on the effects after the implementation of land consolidation,evaluating whether the actual benefits reach the requirements of the project. [Method] Took the land consolidation in Wuyu Town Qianwei County as an example,and chose 15 indexes included in economic,social and ecological benefit,then used the improved AHP (analytic hierarchy process)to calculate the weight values of each index.According to matter-element analysis theory,constructed the model for benefit evaluation of land consolidation through the confirmation of classical field,segment field and matter elements,and the calculation of correlation degree. [Results] Using the model to evaluate the benefits of land consolidation.The correlation degree of comprehensive benefits was evaluated through the model,and the score is 0.024,which belongs to the category of "best". [Conclusion] The evaluation method can provide more ideas for future researches,and the evaluation results can also provide more references for the benefit evaluation of land consolidation.
