地方蛋鸡新品系(HS)基础群产蛋率与累计产蛋数曲线拟合

Curve Fitting Analysis of Underlying Group for Laying Rate and Total Egg Number of Local Hens New Strains (HS)

摘要: [目的] 探索地方蛋鸡产蛋率和产蛋量变化规律,提高地方蛋鸡的产蛋量和生产性能。[方法] 以蛋鸡新品系(HS)基础群的20~41周龄产蛋率和总产蛋数变化规律为研究对象。各采用3种模型对产蛋率(伍德模型、分室模型与杨宁模型)和总产蛋数(Logistic模型、Gompertz模型和Bertallanffy模型)进行拟合,并对产蛋率及累计产蛋数的拟合值与真实值进行比较。[结果] 结果表明,杨宁模型、分室模型和伍德模型的产蛋曲线拟合度分别为R2=0.959、R2=0.923和R2=0.796;Logistic、Gompertz和Bertallanffy 3种模型对累计产蛋数的拟合度(R2)都在0.99以上;综合实际与生产实际数据比较发现杨宁模型和Bertallanffy模型拟合效果最佳。[结论] 在实际生产中可以利用杨宁模型和Bertallanffy模型对该品系产蛋率和累计产蛋数变化规律进行估计与预测,为地方蛋鸡新品系的育种及管理提供参考。

Abstract: [Objective] This experiment was conduct to investigate the regularity of laying rate and egg production of the new local strain (HS),and to improve its reproduction performance.[Method] Laying records between 20to 41weeks were used for comparison and analysis.Three models were employed to fitting the laying rate curves (Wood model,McMillan model and YangNing) and total egg number (Gompertz,Logistic,Bertalanffy),respectively.And compared them to the observations.[Results] The results showed that the R2 of McMillan,Wood and Yang-Ning model were:0.959,0.923 and 0.796,respectively.All the R2 values of Logistic, Gompertz and Bertallanffy models for the total egg number were higher than 0.99.Comparison between fitted value and real data,we found that Yang-Ning model and the Bertalanffy model were fittest for this strain,respectively.[Conclusion] Those results indicated that Yang-Ning model and Bertalanffy model could be used for predicting the laying regulation of the new local strain (HS).
