基于GM(1,1)模型的四川省林业产业结构预测

Forestry Industrial Structure Forecasting of Sichuan Province Based on GM (1,1)

摘要: [目的] 预测四川省林业产业结构未来几年的发展趋势,为该省制定林业发展策略提供依据。[方法] 以四川省2000-2010年林业三次产业产值为依据,在Matlab环境编码实现不同维数GM(1,1)模型相关参数的计算,选择精度最高的GM(1,1)模型与同等维数的新陈代谢GM(1,1)模型相结合,预测四川省2011-2020年间的林业产业结构。[结果] 研究选择四维GM(1,1)模型与四维新陈代谢GM(1,1)模型结合,分别对四川省2011-2020年林业三次产业产值进行动态预测,并得到三次产业产值的比例关系。[结论] 四川省林业产业结构在2011-2016年期间为"第二产业 > 第一产业 > 第三产业",2017年转换为"第二产业 > 第三产业 > 第一产业",且该结构有一直持续的趋势。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of this study was to provide basis for its future forestry policy through forecasting the development trend of the forestry industrial structure of Sichuan province.[Method] Matlab was used to caculate relevant parameters of GM (1,1) model in different dimensions.Then,the optimal dimension GM (1,1) model with the same dimensional renewal GM (1,1) model was combined to predict the forestry industrial structure of Sichuan province from 2011 to 2020.[Results] Combining the optimal 4D GM (1,1) model with the four-dimensional renewal GM (1,1) model,it made a dynamic forecast of the output value of Sichuan's forestry industry for the next decade (from 2011 to 2020),and calculated the proportional relation among three industries of forest.[Conclusion] The forestry industrial structure of Sichuan province will be "the second industry > the first industry > the tertiary industry" for the years from 2011 to 2016.It will convert to "the second industry > the tertiary industry > the first industry" in 2017.The later one has persistent.
