四川地方小麦品种条锈病抗性研究

Studies on Yellow Rust Resistance of Sichuan Wheat Landraces

摘要: [目的] 利用获得的小麦条锈病成株抗性"一致性"QTL位点SSR分子标记,结合田间抗性表型鉴定,揭示四川地方小麦品种的条锈病抗性遗传多样性。[方法] 通过QTL元分析技术,将已定位的小麦条锈病成株抗性QTL整合于同一张连锁图谱,获得条锈抗性"真实"QTL区段。并利用QTL区段内的SSR标记,结合田间条锈病抗性表型鉴定,对64份四川地方小麦品种抗条锈病多样性进行研究。[结果] 通过元分析,获得7个控制小麦条锈病成株抗性MQTL。成株期条锈病抗性鉴定发现11份四川地方小麦品种表现为免疫或近免疫,其发病严重度、平均普遍率和病情指数低于10%。标记/性状关联分析发现3个与四川小麦地方品种条锈病成株抗性存在显著关联的SSR标记位点。[结论] 四川地方小麦品种条锈病抗性表现差异显著;小麦条锈病成株抗性关联SSR标记的获得为利用条锈病抗性基因提供了分子标记辅助选择手段。

Abstract: [Objective] The purpose of this study was to reveal genetic diversity of the resistance to stripe rust among Sichuan wheat landraces by using SSR molecular markers in the regions of the consensus QTLs of wheat adult-plant resistance to stripe rust and combining with identification of the resistant phenotypes in field.[Method] The consensus QTL about wheat adult-plant resistance to stripe rust was found by a meta-analysis method and consensus map of these loci was constructed.The genetic diversity of the resistance to stripe rust among 64 Sichuan wheat landraces was revealed by using SSR molecular markers in the regions and combining with identification of the resistant phenotypes in field.[Results] Seven consensus MQTLs for wheat adult-plant resistance to stripe rust were identified by a meta-analysis method.11 Sichuan wheat landraces varieties showed immunity or nearly immunity,and which disease severity,incidence and disease index were all lower than 10% when adult-plant resistance to stripe rust were investigated by mixed physiological race.Marker-trait association analysis identified that three SSR loci were detected significant correlation with the trait of adult-plant resistance to stripe rust among Sichuan wheat landraces.[Conclusion] Significant differences of adult-plant resistance to stripe rust among Sichuan wheat landraces was found.SSR loci detected significant correlation with the trait of adult-plant resistance to stripe rust among Sichuan wheat landraces are helpful for exploring the resistant genes of Sichuan wheat landraces and providing molecular assistant selected (MAS).
