Abstract: [Objective] This article aims to find out rural human resource expenditure disparities of Henan provinces of China, in order to provide suggestions to the drive mechanism decision based on the impact of human resource investment as to economic development. [Method] It uses panel data of rural human resource investment in 18 Henan province's cities, by adopting series of temporal-spatial dynamic models to analyze the characteristics of scale comparative advantage. [Results] It was observed that the strongest scale comparative advantage for rural human capital investment was concentrated in Zhou kou, Zhu ma dian and Xin yang cities while Zheng zhou city has always been lacked behind. [Conclusion] Those results suggest that the comparative advantages of different regions are gradually become significant, but each region's advantages are unstable.
