矿物元素分析判别绿茶产地来源研究

Determination of Geographical Origin of Green Teas Using Mineral Element Content

摘要: [目的] 探讨矿物元素指纹分析判别茶叶产地来源的可行性,筛选出有效判别指标。[方法] 采用ICP-AES法对来自湖北四大茶区35份茶样中的K、Ca、Mg、Mn等9种矿物元素进行了分析测定。[结果] 不同茶区茶叶样品的元素含量有其各自的特征,主成分分析可将不同茶区的大多数样品正确区分。通过逐步判别分析筛选出6项可用于绿茶产地判别的矿物元素指标,依次为K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe和Mo,所建立的判别模型对样品整体检验判别率为100%。[结论] 利用矿物元素可对来源于湖北不同茶区的绿茶进行有效判别。

Abstract: [Objective] The objective of this study was to measure mineral element analysis for identifying the geographical origin of tea and to select the effective indicators. [Method] The concentrations of nine mineral elements(e.g., K, Ca, Mg and Mn) in 35 green tea samples from four main production areas in the Hubei province were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES). [Results] Element contents of teas from different regions were different. Most of the samples were classified correctly by principal component analysis(PCA), 6 key variables(K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe and Mo) were identified by stepwise discriminant analysis. The discriminant model had a 100% correct classification. [Conclusion] Green tea samples from different tea plantations in the Hubei can be classified correctly by mineral element analysis.
