贵州省稻瘟病菌对三环唑的抗药性监测

Resistance of Pyricularia grisea to Tricyclazole in Guizhou

摘要: [目的] 为了明确贵州省稻瘟病菌对三环唑的抗药性。[方法] 利用抑制菌丝生长速率法,测定了8个不同地区96个水稻稻瘟病菌单孢菌株对三环唑的抗药性。[结果] 稻瘟病菌各菌株对三环唑的敏感性成连续性分布,最大EC50与最小EC50分别为101.05μg/mL和35.16μg/mL;各地区平均EC50值在60.48~71.62μg/mL之间;最低抗性水平为0.48,最高抗性水平为1.39,相差2.89倍,平均抗性水平在0.83~0.99之间。[结论] 贵州省稻瘟病菌对三环唑的抗药性仍然处于敏感或低抗水平,目前三环唑仍可以作为防治水稻稻瘟病的主要药剂。

Abstract: [Objective] This study was aimed to explore the resistance of rice blast to tricyclazole in different regions of Guizhou province. [Method] The resistances of 96 single spore isolations to tricyclazole were tested determined by the rate of hypha growth which came from 8 different regions. [Results] The result showed that the resistance of the isolations to tricyclazole appeared continuous distribution, the maximum and the minimum EC50 were 101.05 μg/ml and 35.16 μg/ml, respectively. The average data of EC50 was between 60.48~71.62 μg/ml;the lowest and the highest resistant level were 0.48 and 1.39, the difference was 2.89 times, the average resistant level was between 0.83~0.99. [Conclusion] The resistance of Pyricularia grisea to tricyclazole have being sensitivity or low level and it is the main medicine to against the rice blast at present.
