Abstract: [Objective] The purpose of this study is to provide indicative proposals and the scientific basis for the development of Green Road tourism in Wenjiang. [Method] Combination of Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). The paper established a evaluation system based on the characteristics of the Green Roads in Wenjiang, and conducted empirical study on the five green road in Wenjiang. [Results] Generally the Green Roads tourism in Wenjiang develops well, but planning, management and propaganda need to be improved. [Conclusion] Government, tourism companies and tourists have to work together in order to improve the development of green road tourism in Wenjiang.
