“畜禽用多种微量元素注射液”中硒元素在猪体内的药代动力学

Pharmacokinetic Study of the Selenium on “Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and Poultry” in Pigs

摘要: 为研究畜禽用多种微量元素注射液中硒元素在猪体内的血硒水平及药动学变化规律,采用单剂量肌肉注射畜禽用多种微量元素注射液0.3mL/kg(相当于硒用量9μg/kg),用原子荧光法测定血硒浓度,通过3p97药物动力学程序软件分析药时数据。结果显示,肌注畜禽用多种微量元素注射液后,血硒的药时数据符合二室开放模型,主要的药代动力学参数分别为:t1/2ka(0.159 9±0.035 6)h,t1/2α(7.875 4±0.615 3)h,t1/2β(515.096 2±34.155 4)h,kel(0.003 4±0.000 4)h,AUC(27 455.806 7±4 571.039 6)(ng·mL-1)·h。结果表明,肌注畜禽用多种微量元素注射液后硒在猪体内吸收迅速,消除缓慢。

Abstract: The pharmacokinetics of selenium in serum was investigated after single intramuscular administration with Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and Poultry, with the dose of 0.3 mL/kg BW(selenium element 9 μg/kg).The concentration of serum selenium was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The data were analyzed with the pharmacokinetics software 3P97.The results showed that the concentration-time course of serum selenium fitted a two-compartment open model.The main pharmacokinetics parameters were as follows:t1/2ka(0.159 9±0.035 6) h, t1/2α(7.875 4±0.615 3) h, t1/2β(515.096 2±34.155 4) h, kel(0.003 4±0.000 4) h, AUC(27 455.806 7±4 571.039 6)(ng·mL-1)·h.In conclusion, the selenium in Injection of Trace Elements for Livestock and Poultry was rapidly absorbed and slowly eliminated in pigs after intramuscular administration.
