鼠尾草属3种植物花粉活力与柱头可授性

Pollen Viability and Stigma Receptivity of Three Taxa in the Genus Salvia

摘要: 用TTC法测定鼠尾草属3种植物花粉的活力,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定其柱头的可授性。结果表明,随着散粉时间的延长,贵州鼠尾草紫背变种、血盆草与黄花鼠尾草的花粉活力都是逐渐降低。散粉初期花粉活力最高的是血盆草,平均为76.8%;花粉活力最低的是黄花鼠尾草,平均为37.7%。3种鼠尾草属植物的花粉活力可持续3~7 d,最佳传粉期为开花后1 d。柱头在花冠刚开放时便具有可授性,可授性持续3~5 d,最佳授粉期为开花后1~2 d。

Abstract: Pollen viability of three taxa in the genus Salvia was evaluated using TTC(2, 3, 5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride), while stigma receptivity was measured by the method of benzidine-H2O2.The results showed that the pollen viability decreased gradually with the extension of pollen shedding time for S. cavaleriei var.erythrophylla, S. cavaleriei var. simplicifolia and S. flava.In the early phase of shedding, the highest pollen viability was shown in S. cavaleriei var. simplicifolia(76.8% on the average) and the least was in S. flava(37.7% on the average).The pollen longevity of 3 plants was about 3 to 7 days and the optimal pollination time was 1 day after flowering.The stigma of all accessions had receptivity when blooming.The stigma receptivity of 3 taxa was 3 to 5 days and the optimal pollination period lasted 2 days.
