Soil Erosion Estimation of the Upriver Areas of Fu River Watershed Based on Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System

摘要: 将RS和GIS与美国通用土壤流失方程(USLE)相结合,利用ArcGIS 9.3的栅格数据空间分析功能,进行涪江流域上游土壤侵蚀量的预测和估算。结果表明:该区域土壤侵蚀主要为微度侵蚀,且占总面积的85.65%,轻度侵蚀占总面积9.13%,中度侵蚀占总面积2.89%,强度侵蚀及以上地区的面积占总面积2.33%。涪江流域上游土壤侵蚀与该区域的地形、土地利用相关性很大,侵蚀强度大的区域多为植被破坏严重地区。

Abstract: Quantitative research on the soil erosion in the upriver areas of Tuojiang River was carried out via utilizing USLE model combined with GIS and RS technology.The results indicated that most soil erosion in the study area was slight, which made up 85.65% of the whole study area;the light soil erosion accounted for 9.13% of the area while the moderate erosion accounted for 2.89%;the severe, more severe and extremely severe erosion accounted for 2.33% of the total area.The soil erosion of the Upriver Areas of Fu River Watershed was greatly related with its terrain and land use type, and the high soil erosion intensity appeared in the area with heavy damage vegetation.
