淫羊藿属6种植物的花粉活力与柱头可授性

Pollen Viability and Stigma Receptivity of Six Epimedium Species

摘要: 用TTC法测定淫羊藿属6种9份材料花粉活力,用联苯胺-过氧化氢法测定其柱头可授性,探讨淫羊藿属植物的花粉活力及柱头可授性变化规律,为阐明其有性繁殖特性和杂交育种积累资料。结果表明:不同种类和同种不同居群之间,花粉活力差异较大,最高的为天全淫羊藿,可达87.8%,最低的为望鱼居群的粗毛淫羊藿,其峰值为48.5%;所有材料的花粉活力变化趋势相似,均在开花后1~2d内达到其峰值,然后逐渐下降,花粉寿命为3~5d;所有材料均在开花后1~2d内柱头可授性最强,可授期为3~5d,其可授性强弱和变化规律比较一致,说明淫羊藿属植物的柱头特征是比较保守的;6种淫羊藿属植物人工授粉的最佳时期是开花后1~2d。

Abstract: To provide the basal data for artificial cross breeding of six Epimedium species,pollen viabilities of six Epimedium species were evaluated using TTC (2,3,5-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride),while stigma receptivities were measured by a benzidine-H2O2 method.Results indicated that Pollen viabilities were different among species or populations.The highest pollen viability was that of E.flavum (87.8%),while the least was that of E.acuminatum (48.5%) from Wangyu.Pollen viabilities of all materials were relatively high in 1 to 2 days after blooming,then decreased gradually.The longevity of pollen was about 3 to 5 days.The stigma of all materials had receptivity within 3 days or 5 days after blooming,but it was stronger in 1 to 2 days than in other days.Stigma receptivity and its change tendency were similar,indicating that the stigma feature of Epimedium species was conservative.The optimum artificial pollination time of these six species was 1 to 2 days after blooming.
