白菜型油菜与海甘蓝属间杂交时花粉与柱头相互作用

摘要: 采用不同化学药物处理柱头,研究白菜型油菜与海甘蓝属间杂交花粉与柱头的相互作用,利用扫描电镜观察海甘蓝花粉在雅安黄油菜柱头上的黏合与萌发过程。结果表明:赤霉素在促进花粉萌发方面效果明显,在一定程度上能克服属间杂交不亲和;甘氨酸在促进花粉与柱头的黏合方面效果明显。

Abstract: This study was made on the interaction between pollen and stigma through intergeneric crossing of B.Chinensis with C.abyssinica by treating stigmas with different chemicals.Germination of pollen grains of C.abyssinica on the stigmas of B.Chinensis was observed by using scanning electron microscope.The results showed that gibberellins had a good effect on germination of pollen grains and growth of pollen tubes.To some extent,it could overcome incompatibility of integeneric crossing.Besides,glycin could help pollen grains to adhere to stigmas,but could not promote germination of pollen grains and growth of pollen tubes.
