抗菌肽对鹌鹑生长性能、免疫功能、血清抗氧化功能和肠道发育的影响

Effects of Antimicrobial Peptides on Growth Performance, Immune Functions, Serum Antioxidant Functions and Intestinal Development of Quail

摘要: 【目的】 研究饲粮添加抗菌肽对鹌鹑生长性能、免疫功能、血清抗氧化功能和肠道发育的影响。【方法】 选取1 200只1日龄健康、体重相近的雌性鹌鹑,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复75只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗菌肽Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+0.1%抗菌肽、抗菌肽Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+0.2%抗菌肽、抗菌肽Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮+0.4%抗菌肽。试验期为35 d,预试期7 d,正试期28 d。【结果】 ①整个试验阶段,抗菌肽Ⅱ组和抗菌肽Ⅲ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。②第21天,与对照组相比,抗菌肽Ⅱ组、抗菌肽Ⅲ组均显著升高了血清新城疫抗体效价水平(P<0.05);抗菌肽Ⅲ组胸腺指数显著增高(P<0.05)。第35天,与对照组相比,抗菌肽Ⅱ组、抗菌肽Ⅲ组血清新城疫抗体效价水平、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。③第21天和第35天,所有试验组的血清T-SOD活性和T-AOC含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);抗菌肽Ⅱ组、抗菌肽Ⅲ组血清MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。④第21天,抗菌肽Ⅱ组和抗菌肽Ⅲ组空肠长度和重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);其中抗菌肽Ⅲ组回肠长度和回肠重量也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第35天,与对照组相比,抗菌肽Ⅱ组和抗菌肽Ⅲ组空肠重量和空肠绒毛高度显著增加(P<0.05)。【结论】 在饲粮中添加适宜水平的抗菌肽可显著提高鹌鹑生长性能、免疫功能、血清抗氧化功能和肠道发育,其中以0.2%抗菌肽效果最佳。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary antimicrobial peptides on growth performance, immune function, serum antioxidant function and intestinal development of quails. 【Method】 A total of 1 200 1-day-old healthy female quails with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 75 quails in each replicate. The control group was fed with basic diet, antimicrobial peptide group Ⅰ was fed with basic diet +0.1% antimicrobial peptide, antimicrobial peptide group Ⅱ was fed with basic diet +0.2% antimicrobial peptide, and antimicrobial peptide group Ⅲ was fed with basic diet +0.4% antimicrobial peptide. The experimental period lasted 35 days, with the pre-test period 7 days, and the main test period 28 days. 【Result】 The results showed that: ①In the whole experiment stage, the average daily gain of antibacterial peptide Ⅱand antibacterial peptide Ⅲ groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②At the time of 21 days, compared with the control group, the serum antibody titer of Newcastle disease was significantly increased in antibacterial peptide Ⅱ group and antibacterial peptide Ⅲ group(P<0.05); The thymus index was significantly increased in the antimicrobial peptide Ⅲ group(P<0.05). At the time of 35 days, compared with the control group, the levels of serum antibody titer, thymus index, spleen index, serum IL-2 and IFN-γ in the two groups were significantly higher The contents were significantly increased(P<0.05). ③At the time of 21 and 35 days, the serum T-SOD activity and T-AOC of all experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); The content of MDA in serum of antimicrobial peptide Ⅱ group and antimicrobial peptide Ⅲ group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). ④At 21 days of age, the length and weight of jejunum in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); The length and weight of ileum in antimicrobial peptide Ⅲ group were also significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). At 35 days of age, compared with the control group, the weight and villus height of jejunum were significantly increased in antimicrobial peptide Ⅱ and antimicrobial peptide Ⅲ groups (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The growth performance, immune function, serum antioxidant function and intestinal development of quails can be significantly improved by adding appropriate level of antimicrobial peptide in diet, and 0.2% antimicrobial peptide is the best.
