农业经理人素养会对农民专业合作社绩效产生影响吗——基于四川省205个样本的SEM分析

Will the Quality of Agricultural Managers Influence the Performance of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives: Based on SEM Analysis of 205 Samples in Sichuan Province

摘要: 【目的】研究农业经理人个人素养与合作社绩效之间的关系,并从不同维度探究其影响的差异性,为提升农民专业合作社绩效提供建议与对策。【方法】收集四川省205位农业经理人实地调研数据进行分析,将农业经理人的素养具体为创新意识、生产销售能力和从业经验,用市场绩效、财务绩效、组织绩效3方面衡量合作社绩效,以结构方程模型进行实证分析。【结果】①发现农业经理人的创新意识对合作社的组织绩效有显著的正向影响,对合作社的财务绩效有正向影响,而对合作社的市场绩效有显著负向影响;②农业经理人的生产销售能力对合作社的财务绩效有显著正向影响,对市场绩效有显著正向影响;③农业经理人的从业经验对合作社的市场绩效有显著的正向影响。【结论】农业经理人个人素养与合作社绩效之间的关系联系紧密,可以通过提高农业经理人个人素养来影响合作社绩效。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the relationship between the personal quality of agricultural managers and the performance of cooperatives, and explore the difference of their influence from different dimensions, so as to provide suggestions and countermeasures for improving the performance of farmers' professional cooperatives. 【Method】 This study collected 205 agricultural managers field survey data of Sichuan province were analyzed, and the agriculture managers' quality and specific for innovation, production and sales ability and work experience, with market performance and financial performance measure cooperative performance and organization performance the empirical analysis using structural equation model. 【Result】 ①This study found that the innovation consciousness of agricultural managers has a significant positive impact on the organizational performance of cooperatives, a positive impact on the financial performance of cooperatives, and a significant negative impact on the market performance of cooperatives; ②The production and sales ability of agricultural managers has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of cooperatives and the market performance; ③The experience of agricultural managers has a significant positive impact on the market performance of cooperatives. 【Conclusion】 The relationship between the personal quality of agricultural managers and the performance of cooperatives is close, and the performance of cooperatives can be influenced by improving the personal quality of agricultural managers.
