Effects of Different Forage to Concentrate Ratio Diets on Growth and Development, Serum Biochemistry and Related Hormone Contents of Qinghai Black Tibetan Sheep

摘要: 【目的】研究不同精粗比饲粮对育肥期黑藏羊生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化及相关激素含量的影响。【方法】采用单因素随机区组设计,将60只体况良好且体重相近(10.45±0.96) kg的2月龄早期断奶黑藏羊公羔随机分为3组,每组20只,分别饲喂精粗比为70∶30(HC组)、50∶50(MC组)和30∶70(LC组)的全混合饲粮。试验分为预饲期8 d,正试期120 d。【结果】① HC组平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)显著大于其他2组(P<0.05);而料重比(feed/gain,F/G)则相反(P<0.05)。②HC组体高、胸围、体斜长、宰前活重、胴体重和屠宰率均大于LC组(P<0.05),较MC组差异不显著(P>0.05);HC组眼肌面积显著大于其他2组(P<0.05)。③HC组葡萄糖(glucose,GLU)和生长激素(growth hormone,GH)含量高于LC组(P<0.05)和MC组(P>0.05),而HC组甘油三酯(total triglycerides,TG)、瘦素(leptin,LEP)含量显著低于LC组(P<0.05)。【结论】在试验条件下,饲喂精粗比为70∶30全混合饲粮时,黑藏羊能够获得最佳的生长发育,且血液生化指标和相关激素含量均在正常范围内。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrate to forage ratio diets on growth performance, slaughter performance and serum biochemical indices of black Tibetan sheep. 【Method】 The single-factor random block designwasused in this study. sixty 2-month-old black Tibetan male lambs with similar body weight (10.45±0.96) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 sheep per group. The lambs were fed a total mixed diet with concentrate to forage ratio of 70∶30 (HC group), 50∶50 (MC group) and 30∶70 (LC group), respectively. The trial period was included into pre-feeding period (8 days) and formal trial period (120 days). 【Result】 ① Average daily gain (ADG) in group H was significantly higher than that in other groups (P<0.05), whereas feed/gain (F/G) was the opposite (P<0.05). ② Body height, chest circumference, body length, live weight before slaughter, carcass weight and slaughter percentage in group HC were significantly higher than those in group LC (P<0.05), no significant difference compared with MC group (P>0.05), and eye muscle area in group HC was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05). ③ The contents of glucose (GLU) and growth hormone (GH) in group HC were higher than those in group LC (P<0.05) and group MC(P>0.05). The contents of total triglycerides (TG) and leptin (LEP) in group H were lower than those in group LC (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The mixed diet with concentrate to forage ratio of 70∶30 has better growth performance for black Tibetan sheep, and both blood biochemical indexes and related hormone contents are within the normal range.
