玉米自交系K365、K143和K115的花丝和花粉活力评价

摘要: 【目的】 明确玉米自交系K365、K143和K115的花丝和花粉活力高低及持续时间长短,可为制定相应的杂交种生产技术及指导杂交授粉提供技术支撑。【方法】 通过统计3个自交系不同日龄花丝、花粉的人工授粉结实率,结合花丝、花粉的丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性测定来分析花丝和花粉的活力。【结果】 自交系K365、K143和K115的花丝结实率分别从抽丝的第8、6、8天开始明显下降;3个自交系的MDA和POD均在第6和7天达到最高;自交系K365和K143的SOD含量在第9和6天达最高,而K115在第6和12天最高;3个自交系的花粉仅在授粉当天结实率较高。【结论】 自交系K365、K143和K115花丝活力的转折点分别在抽丝的第8、6和8天,在四川成都高温高湿条件下其花粉活力持续时间在24 h以内。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The vigour and duration of filament and pollen of the three maize inbred lines K365, K143 and K115 were determined to provide technical support for the development of the corresponding hybrid production technology and hybridization pollination. 【Method】 The activity of filaments and pollens of three inbred lines were analyzed by counting the seed-set rate of filament and pollens at different days of age under artificial pollination and combing with the determination of malondialdehyde (MDA),peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD). 【Result】 The seed-set rate of inbred lines K365, K143 and K115 began to decrease significantly at 8th, 6th and 8th day of silking, respectively. The MDA and POD content in filament of the three inbred lines reached the peak at the 6th and 7th day, respectively. The SOD contents of K365 and K143 reached the peak at the 9th and 6th day, respectively, while in K115 was the 6th and 12th day. The seed-set rate of the three inbred lines was higher only on the same day of pollination. 【Conclusion】 The turning point of filament vigour in inbred lines K365,K143 and K115 was on the 8th, 6th and 8th day of silking, respectively. The duration of pollen vigour was less than 24 under high temperature and high humidity in Chengdu, Sichuan.
