Effects of Different Commercial Feed on the Growth, Intestinal Structure and Digestive Capacity of Juvenile Red Swamp Crayfish Procambarus clarkia

摘要: 【目的】研究不同饲料对克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)幼虾肠道形态结构、消化能力和生长的影响。【方法】选择初始体重为0.28 g±0.01 g的健康克氏原螯虾幼虾600尾,随机分成2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复100尾虾,分别饲喂商品硬颗粒饲料和发酵饲料,试验期32 d。【结果】①发酵饲料组幼虾的末体重、增重率和特定生长率显著高于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05),但二者存活率差异不显著(P>0.05),饵料系数显著低于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05);②发酵饲料组幼虾的肠皱襞高度和横截面积显著高于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05),但二者皱襞宽度差异不显著(P>0.05);③发酵饲料组幼虾的胃和肝胰腺淀粉酶、肝胰腺和肠道胰蛋白酶的活力显著高于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05);④发酵饲料组幼虾肝胰腺MDA和PC含量显著低于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05),T-GSH含量、T-SOD、CAT和GST活力显著高于硬颗粒饲料组(P<0.05)。【结论】在该试验条件下,与硬颗粒饲料相比,发酵饲料可以提高幼虾肠道消化吸收面积,增强肝胰腺抗氧化能力,降低肝胰腺脂质和蛋白质氧化损伤,从而提高消化酶活力和消化能力,促进幼虾生长。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To investigate the effects of different commercial feed on intestinal morphology, digestive capacity and growth of juvenile red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii. 【Method】 A total of 600 healthy juvenile crayfish with an average initial body weight of (0.28±0.01) g were randomly assigned to 2 treatment groups with 3 replicates each group. These crayfish were respectively fed commercial pellet and fermented feed for 32 days. 【Result】 The results showed that: ①Crayfish fed fermented feed had higher the final body weight, weight gain rate, and specific growth rate than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05), but no significant difference in survival rate (P>0.05), food coefficient was significantly lower in crayfish fed fermented feed than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05). ②The intestinal fold height and sectional area of crayfish fed fermented feed were significantly higher than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05), but no significant difference was observed in intestinal fold width (P>0.05). ③Amylase activities in stomach and hepatopancreas, trypsin activities in hepatopancreas and intestine were significantly higher in crayfish fed fermented feed than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05). ④The MDA and PC contents in the hepatopancreas of crayfish fed fermented feed were significantly lower than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05), and T-SOD, CAT, and GST activities, and T-GSH content were significantly higher in crayfish fed fermented feed than those of crayfish fed pellet feed (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 Under the conditions of this experiment, compared with pellet feed, the fermented feed can increase intestinal digestion and absorption area, enhance the antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas, reduce the oxidative damage of hepatopancreas lipid and protein, thereby improving digestive enzyme activity and digestion ability to promote the growth of crayfish.
