摘要: 【目的】综述鼠李糖乳杆菌(LGG)对肠道屏障功能的影响机制研究进展,为其在畜牧生产应用中提供理论依据和新的思路。【方法】查阅整理LGG相关文献,总结分析其对肠道的影响机制及在畜牧生产中的应用研究进展。【结果】LGG能通过平衡肠道菌群,维护肠道屏障完整性,调节肠道免疫功能等方式促进肠道健康,并能有效预防和治疗腹泻、促进动物生长等。【结论】LGG作为益生菌应用在畜牧生产上可发挥重要作用。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To review the research progress on the effect mechanism of Lactobacillus rhamnosum (LGG) on intestinal barrier function, so as to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for its application in livestock production. 【Method】 Literature related to LGG was reviewed and summarized to analyze its influence mechanism on intestinal tract and its application in livestock production. 【Result】 LGG can promote intestinal health by balancing intestinal flora, maintaining the integrity of intestinal barrier, regulating intestinal immune function, effectively preventing and treating diarrhea, and promoting animal growth. 【Conclusion】 LGG can play an important role in animal husbandry production as a probiotics.
