金斑蝶生物学特性研究

Biological Characteristics of Danaus chrysippus

摘要: 【目的】研究规模经营研究金斑蝶的生物学特征,为在四川开展金斑蝶的人工养殖和成虫观光旅游提供技术支持。【方法】在实验室和田间网室内观察金斑蝶形态特征、年生活史、成虫寿命和繁殖行为。【结果】金斑蝶在四川东部地区一年可发生6~7代,世代重叠,成虫6月中旬至10月上旬可见,无法越冬;金斑蝶雄成虫平均寿命(283.77±67.72) h,雌成虫平均寿命(417.23±109.50) h,雌成虫寿命显著高于雄成虫(P<0.05);雌雄成虫均可多次交配,平均交配时间(174.71±152.07) min,多次交配有助于单雌产卵量的提高,但相关性不显著(r=0.926,P=0.074);交配时间与产卵量无显著相关性(r=0.87,P=0.055)。雌雄成虫的交配次数与寿命也均无显著相关性(r=0.869,P=0.131;r=0.121,P=0.757)。【结论】四川地区金斑蝶人工养殖可从5月初持续到10月中旬,成虫观赏景观营造在6月中旬至10月上旬为宜。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the biological characteristics of Danaus chrysippus, and carry out its artificial breeding and adult tourism in Sichuan. 【Method】 The morphological characteristics, annual life history, adult life span and reproductive behavior of the D. chrysippus were observed in laboratory and field. 【Result】 At natural condition of eastern Sichuan, D. chrysippus have 6 or 7 generations every year with generations overlapping, but can't overwinters as adults. The adults are visible from mid-June to early October. The average life span of male adults and female adults was (283.77±67.72) h and (417.23±109.50) h respectively, and the life span of female adults was significantly higher than that of male adults (P<0.05). D. chrysippus was a polyandrous insect, and the average mating time was (174.71±152.07) min. Mmultiple mating is helpful to the increase of the egg quantity, but the correlation was not significant(r=0.926, P=0.074). The correlation between mating time and egg laying amount was also not significant(r=0.87, P=0.055). The correlation between mating frequency and longevity of male and female adults were also not significant (r=0.869,P=0.131; r=0.121, P=0.757). 【Conclusion】 The artificial breeding of D. chrysippus in Sichuan can last from early May to mid-October, while the ornamental landscape of adult butterflies should be built from mid-June to early October.
