现代月季F1代群体叶色与花色相关性研究

摘要: 【目的】通过研究月季新叶与花色的相关性,探讨月季生产早期定向选择的方法,解决月季育种周期长、育种效率低等问题。【方法】以月季“云蒸霞蔚”ד太阳城”的F1代植株为材料,测定了其新叶相对叶绿素含量(soil and plant analyzer development,SPAD)、花青苷含量、色差值及花瓣色差值,用CIELab系统对叶色和花色进行描述,探索新叶各参数与花瓣色差值之间的关联性。【结果】花瓣亮度L*和色相a*、饱和度C呈显著负相关,根据L*C的关系,可将F1代植株分为2个类群;新叶花青苷含量与花瓣L*呈显著负相关,与a*C呈显著正相关;新叶L*和花瓣L*、新叶a*和花瓣a*之间均呈显著正相关,新叶a*与花瓣L*、新叶L*与花瓣a*、新叶C与花瓣C间呈显著负相关。【结论】利用月季新叶花青苷含量和色差值对其花色进行预选具有可行性。

Abstract: 【Objective】 Find a method for early directional selection of Rosa spp. in order to figure out the hybridization problems of high cost and low efficiency in breeding, by exploring the correlation between new leaves and flower color of Rosa spp. 【Method】 In F1 individuals of Rosa ‘Yunzheng Xiawei’ and R.‘Sun City’, the soil and plant analyzer development (SPAD) value and anthocyanin content of new leaves were measured and the distribution of leaf coloration and flower coloration were analyzed and described by CIELab system to explore the correlation between various parameters of new leaves and flower coloration. 【Result】 Petal L* is negatively correlated with a* and C. According to the correlation between petal L* and C, F1 individuals can be divided into two groups. The anthocyanin content of new leaves was negatively correlated with petal L* and positively correlated with petal a* and C. New leaf L* and petal L*, new leaf a* and petal a* were significantly positively correlated. New leaf a* and petal L*, new leaf L* and petal a*, new leaf C and petal C were significantly negatively correlated. 【Conclusion】 It is feasible to use anthocyanin content and CIELab parameters value of new leaf to select the flower color.
