不同水肥配比对小麦产量的影响——基于多因素响应面分析

Effect of Different Ratio of Water and Fertilizer on Wheat Yield:Multi Factor Response Surface Analysis

摘要: 【目的】明确不同水肥配比对小麦株高、穗粒数和千粒重等生育性状的影响,以及不同生育性状之间的相关性,寻求最佳水肥配施方案。【方法】以绵麦44为材料,利用多因素响应面分析法,通过三因素三水平的响应面优化试验,建立小麦生育性状二次回归方程。【结果】响应面分析表明,回归模型显著。施氮量和灌水量与株高正相关,影响极显著;施磷量与穗粒数正相关,影响极显著;施氮量和灌水量与千粒重正相关,影响极显著。生育性状相关性分析表明,株高对千粒重有显著影响,穗粒数对千粒重无显著影响。【结论】最优水肥处理方案为施氮量220 kg/hm2,施磷量87 kg/hm2,灌水量60 mm。试验结果为株高(87.48±1.63) cm,穗粒数(37.6±1.05)粒,千粒重(47.88±0.86) g。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of different water and fertilizer ratios on plant height,grain number per spike and 1 000-grain weight of wheat,analyze the correlation between different growth traits,and seek the best combination of water and fertilizer.【Method】 The quadratic regression equation of wheat growth characters was established by the response surface optimization experiment of three factors and three levels using Mianmai 44 as material and multi-factor response surface analysis method.【Result】 Response surface analysis shows that the regression model is significant.Nitrogen application rate and irrigation amount are positively correlated with plant height,and the effect is very significant.Phosphorus application rate is positively correlated with the grain number per spike,and the effect is very significant.Nitrogen application rate and irrigation amount are positively correlated with 1 000-grain weight,and the effect is very significant.The correlation analysis of growth characters shows that plant height has a significant effect on 1 000-grain weight,but the grain number per spike has no significant effect on 1 000-grain weight.【Conclusion】 The optimum water and fertilizer treatments are 220 kg/hm2 of nitrogen,87 kg/hm2 of phosphorus and 60 mm of irrigation.The experimental results showed that the plant height is 87.48 cm,the grain number per spike is 37.6,and the 1 000-grain weight is 47.88 g.
