农业职业经理人创业创新行为及其影响因素研究

Research on the Entrepreneurial and Innovative Behavior of Agricultural Professional Managers and Its Influencing Factors

摘要: 【目的】研究农业职业经理人创业创新行为的影响因素,并探究各类因素对经理人内部群体的影响差异,为促进职业经理人创业创新提供对策建议。【方法】基于对成都市184名种植业职业经理人的问卷调查数据,采用probit模型和poisson模型分析职业经理人创业创新意愿及行为。【结果】经理人创业创新是个体自发行为和政府政策驱动的综合结果。新型经营主体现有权责分配、利益关系等制度建设并未对经理人创业创新产生正向激励,主体发展不规范和新型经营主体的制度设计不实际是主要原因。经理人群体内部存在显著差异,家庭农场经理人与小规模经理人的创业创新行为更多受个体资源禀赋与职业经历的影响,合作社经理人和大规模经理人更多受政策驱动。【结论】引导农业职业经理人创业创新行为的重点应该是:优化农业创业创新政策支持导向;提升农业职业经理人的发展平台;尊重经理人内部差异,分类指导促进其创业创新;优化外围环境,完善资金、技术等创业创新政策支持体系。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This paper studies the influencing factors of agricultural professional managers' entrepreneurial and innovative behaviors,and explores the differences of various factors on managers' internal groups. The purpose is to provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting professional managers' entrepreneurial innovation. 【Method】 Based on the questionnaire data of 184 professional planting managers in Chengdu, the Probit model and Poisson model were applied to analyze the willingness and behavior of professional managers. 【Result】 On the whole, managers' entrepreneurial innovation is a comprehensive result of both selfbehavior and government policy. The existing system construction of new business entities which is the distribution of powers and responsibilities and interest relationships doesn't have positive stimunates on managers' entrepreneurial innovation. The main reason is that the development of the main body is not standardized and the new business entities'system design is not practical. There are significant internal differences within the manager group. The entrepreneurial innovation behaviors of family farm managers and small-scale managers are more affected by individual resource endowments and professional experiences. Cooperative managers and large-scale managers are more influenced by policies. 【Conclusion】 The key points of guiding agricultural professional managers' entrepreneurial and innovative behavior should be:optimizing the guidance of policy support for agri-cultural entrepreneurial innovation;improving the development platform of agricultural professional managers;respecting the internal differences of managers and promoting their entrepreneurial innovation through classified guidance;optimizing the external environment and improving the supporting system for entrepreneurial innovation such as capital and technology.
