红卷象叶卷空间分布动态的初步研究

A Preliminary Study of Spatial Distribution and Population Dynamics of Apoderus rubidus (Coleoptera: Attleabidae)

摘要: 【目的】研究红卷象(Apoderus rubidus)的空间分布特征、数量动态和分布性变化规律,为其防治提供理论依据。【方法】通过划分样方对常春油麻藤种植区中的寄生卷象叶卷数量动态、空间分布、寄主植物状态等进行记录和统计,通过聚集指标及平均拥挤度指标分析叶卷聚集程度,利用种群聚集均数判断聚集原因。【结果】在垂直分布上,超过80%的叶卷分布于中上层;叶卷水平分布呈现中间集中、两侧分散的特点;58.4%的叶卷出现于幼嫩叶片上,未发现出现在老黄或患病叶片上的叶卷;各样方中叶卷数量与寄主植物生长状况关系不显著;红卷象在雅安地区一年两代发生,叶卷数量每月变化明显,空间分布倾向于逐渐扩散,但叶卷空间分布型在不同月份均为聚集分布,聚集程度随密度升高而增加,呈密度依赖性,每月的聚集均数都小于2。【结论】红卷象卷叶时倾向于选择健康幼嫩的叶片;成虫在小范围内具有迁移能力,使叶卷倾向于聚集型分布。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This study aims to determine the spatial distribution and population dynamics characteristics of Apoderus rubidus in the plantation of Mucunase mpervirens, and provide preliminary data for control of this pest species and further study of its reproductive behavior. 【Method】 The population,distribution, and host plant status of weevils were recorded by sampling method in the plantation of Mucunase mpervirens. The aggregation index of cradles was calculated to analyze the spatial distribution and the emergence rate of larvae. 【Result】 More than 80% of the leaf rolls were distributed in the middle and upper layers, and most of the cradles were also distributed in the middle quadrats in horizontal scales. The weevils preferred to lay eggs on the younger leaves in the upper layers. There was no significant relationship between the number of cradles and host plant status in each quadrat. Apoderus rubidus occurs twice a year in Ya'an, the number of cradles fluctuated and the weevils appeared to disperse bilaterally. The aggregation index indicated that the weevils tended to be clustered in specific areas, and the index increased associated with the density of cradles. 【Conclusion】 Apoderus rubidus tend to select young and healthy leaves to produce leaf rolls. While the adul weevils migrated within a limited area, the spatial distribution of the leaf rolls appeared to be aggregated.
