酵母硒对中蜂的工蜂初生重、蜂蜜硒含量及抗氧化活性的影响

摘要: 【目的】研究酵母硒对中蜂的工蜂初生重、蜂蜜硒含量及抗氧化活性的影响。【方法】选择12群中蜂随机分成4组。对照组仅饲喂糖水,试验组饲喂的糖水中酵母硒添加水平分别为0.2、0.4、0.6 g/kg。然后测工蜂初生重,蜂蜜的硒含量及其抗氧化活性的相关指标。【结果】试验组工蜂初生重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但试验组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);蜂蜜的硒含量、清除DPPH自由基能力、蜂蜜清除羟基自由基能力、蜂蜜抗超氧阴离子自由基能力随糖水中酵母硒水平的增加而升高。【结论】糖水中酵母硒添加水平从0.2 g/kg到0.6 g/kg时能提高工蜂的初生重、蜂蜜的硒含量和抗氧化活性。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of yeast selenium on the birth weight of worker bees (Apis cerana), selenium content, and antioxidant activity in honey. 【Method】Twelve honeybee colonies of Apis cerana were chosen as experimental colonies which were randomly assigned into 4 groups. Control group was fed with only sugar water, the levels of yeast selenium in the sugar water of the experimental groups were 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 g/kg respectively. Then the birth weight of worker bees, selenium content of honey and the antioxidant activity of honey were measured. 【Result】 The birth weight of worker bees in the experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), but the differences among the experimental groups were not significant (P>0.05). The selenium content, DPPH scavenging ability, hydroxyl radical scavenging ability, and anti-superoxide anion radical capacity in honey increased with the increase of yeast selenium level in sugar water. 【Conclusion】 Adding yeast selenium from 0.2 g/kg to 0.6 g/kg in sugar water could improve the birth weight of worker bees, selenium content and antioxidant activity in honey.
