不同地理种源麻疯树表型变异研究

Phenotypic Variation Analysis of Jatropha curcas from Different Geographical Provenances

摘要: 【目的】为系统评价不同地理种源麻疯树的表型性状变异。【方法】利用单因素方差分析、变异系数分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对23个麻疯树组群的11个表型性状进行分析,揭示不同种源麻疯树表型性状的变异。【结果】①二级分支数、每株果簇数、地径的变异系数相对较高,依次为0.310、0.215和0.200,二级分支数在组群间差异显著;变异系数相对较小的为种形(种长为0.034,种宽为0.025),其次为出仁率(0.058),显示种实性状在遗传进化中具有相对较高的遗传稳定性;②不同地理种源麻疯树组群的表型性状变异差异明显,变异范围0.067~0.263,暗示麻疯树组群在分布上呈现较明显的地理隔离;③主成分分析表明,百粒重、种宽、一级分支数和二级分支数是决定表型变异的主要代表性状;④聚类分析将23个麻疯树组群划分为5大类,聚类显示组群划分与种源地理没有明显的相关性。【结论】不同地理种源麻疯树组群间表型变异明显,金沙江干热河谷分布的麻疯树组群呈现相对较高的变异。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To systematically evaluate the phenotypic variation of 23 groups of Jatropha curcas L. from provenances. 【Method】 Variation of 11 phenotypic traits of 23 groups of J. curcas from provenances was analyzed statistically by one-factor analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA), coefficient of variation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis based on the investigated data, revealing the variation of phenotypic traits of Jatropha from provenances. 【Result】 The coefficient of variation revealed in secondary branches, number of fruits per plant, and collar diameter were larger than other traits, i.e. 0.310, 0.215 and 0.200 respectively, the coefficient of variation for secondary branches showed significantly difference among groups. The coefficient of variation for seed shape were relatively narrow(species length was 0.034, species width was 0.025), and then was the kernel percent, which suggested that these reproductive related characteristics had relatively high genetic stability in genetic evolution. Phenotypic variation in different geographical populations of J.curcas germplasm resources are distinctly different,with a variation range of 0.067~0.263, suggesting that obvious geographical isolation in distribution. Principal component analysis revealed that 100 seed weight, seed width, number of primary branches and secondary branches were the main factors accounting for the phenotypic variations. According to cluster analysis, 23 groups of J.curcas were clustered into five clusters, which showed that there was no significant correlation between the group classification and geographical provenances. 【Conclusion】 Phenotypic Phenotypic variation among different provenance of Jatropha were obvious, and the variation was relatively high in which distributed the Dry-hot valley of Jinsha river.
