山地资源型城市转型能力与城市资源压力耦合关系研究——以雅安市为例

Coupling Relationship between Transformation Capacity of Mountainous Resource-Based Cities and Urban Resource Pressure: A Case Study of Ya'an City

摘要: 【目的】城市转型依赖于资源环境的供给和保障,但是转型过程中又会对城市资源环境造成正面与负面影响。通过对二者的耦合关系进行分析,可以客观地反映城市转型与资源的协调发展程度,为山地资源型城市转型与自然资源永续利用提供科学依据。【方法】以典型山地资源型城市雅安为研究对象,建立了基于供给侧理论的城市转型能力评价指标体系,采用因子分析法与资源压力指数法对雅安市2006—2016年城市转型能力与资源压力进行测度,并通过耦合度与耦合协调度模型对二者进行耦合分析。【结果】2006—2016年期间,雅安市城市转型能力总体呈稳定上升趋势,但在2015、2016年有一定下降;城市资源压力呈波动上升趋势,可分为快速增长与高位稳定两个阶段;二者耦合度与耦合协调度逐年上升,从极低耦合水平与严重不协调发展阶段过渡到中等耦合水平与中级协调阶段。【结论】雅安市未来应该以保护生态环境为基本前提进行城市转型与城市建设,追求以绿色生态为核心的高质量、创新性城市转型,从而达到资源环境与城市转型的协调统一。

Abstract: 【Objective】 Urban transformation depends on the supply and security of resources and enviro-nment, but it will have positive and negative impacts on urban resources and environment during the process of transformation. By analyzing the coupling relationship between the two, we can objectively reflect the degree of coordinated development of urban transformation and resources, and provide a scientific basis for the transformation of mountainous resource-based cities and the sustainable use of natural resources. 【Methods】 Taking the typical mountainous resource-based city Ya'an as the research object, the index system of urban transformation ability evaluation based on supply side theory was established. The factor analysis method and resource stress index method were used to measure the urban transformation capacity and resource pressure of Ya'an City from 2006 to 2016, and the coupling analysis is performed through the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree model. 【Results】 During the period of 2006—2016, the urban transformation capacity of Ya'an City showed a steady upward trend, but declined in 2015 and 2016. The urban resource pressure showed a volatility uptrend, which can be divided into two stages:rapid growth and high-level stability. The degree of coupling and coupling coordination between the two increased year by year, from the extremely low coupling level and the severely uncoordinated development stage to the medium coupling level and intermediate coordination stage. 【Conclusion】 In the future, Ya'an City should take the protection of the ecological environment as the basic premise for urban transformation and urban construction, and pursue the transformation of high-quality and innovative cities with green ecology as the core, so as to achieve the coordination between resource environment and urban transformation.
