密度和植物生长调节剂对瑞玉16株高及产量的影响研究

Effects of Coupling of Plant Density and Plant Growth Regulator on Plant Height and Yield of Maize Hybrid Ruiyu 16

摘要: 【目的】研究密度和植物生长调节剂对玉米杂交种瑞玉16株高及产量的影响。【方法】采用两因素裂区设计,种植密度为主处理A,设4个水平;植物生长调节剂为副处理B,设4个水平,试验于2016年度在四川雅安和2017年度在四川雅安、双流进行。【结果】①瑞玉16的株高和穗位高随密度的增加而增加,其产量随着种植密度增大呈现先增加后降低趋势;②3种乙烯利均能显著降低瑞玉16的株高、穗位高和提高其产量;③在中低密度下胺鲜·乙烯利降矮效应最好,中高密度下羟烯·乙烯利降矮效果最好;在低密度下施用这3种乙烯利,其产量比对照均有所下降,而在中高密度下,这3种乙烯利均可显著提高瑞玉16的产量。【结论】瑞玉16在不同生态区的扩密降矮优化方案为,在以雅安为代表的盆周山区,种植密度为50 000~57 150株/hm2,配合施用胺鲜·乙烯利;在以双流为代表的平原地区,种植密度为57 150株/hm2,配合施用羟烯·乙烯利。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The objective of this study was to investigate the application effect of three plant growth regulator at different density on Ruiyu 16 in order to identify the optimal cultivation scheme of Ruiyu 16. 【Method】 A two-factor split plot experiment was used in this study, with four kinds of planting densities amount treatment (namely 42 850/hm2(A1), 50 000/hm2 (A2), 57 150/hm2 (A3), 64 300/hm2 (A4)) as the main plot. Four kinds of plant growth regulators namely clear water (B1), Aminoethephon (B2), Olefin Ethephon (B3), Naphthalene acetate Ethephon (B4) as split plot, The trials were conducted in Ya'an in 2016 year and Shuangliu in 2016 and 2017 year, respectively. 【Result】①With planting densities increased, the ear height and plant height of Ruiyu 16 increased, meantime, the yield of Ruiyu 16 represented a trend of increasing initially then decreased. ②With three ethephon solution treatment, the plant height and ear height of Ruiyu16 are significantly lower, while the yield of Ruiyu16 is significantly higher. ③Aminoethephon and Olefin Ethephon represented the best effect of dwarfing in medium or low and high planting density treatment, respectively. The yield in all ethephon solution treatment was lower than that in control treatment, when Ruiyu 16 was at lower densities cultivation level, all the three kinds of Ethephon solution were significantly increased the yield of Ruiyu 16 in medium or high planting density treatment. 【Conclusion】 The optimal solution for the popularization and reduction of low density of Ruiyu 16 was 50 000-57 150 plants/hm2 of planting density and using Aminoethephon in Ya'an biome which represented basin-wide mountain climate. In plain climate represented by Shuangliu biome, planting density was 57 150 plants/hm2 following application of Olefin Ethephon which was optimal solution.
