打瓜籽壳与苜蓿尧精料配比对饲粮综合组合效应研究

Study on Multiple-Factor Associative Effects of Watermelon Seed Shell,Alfalfa and Concentrate

摘要: 【目的】探讨打瓜籽壳与苜蓿、精料间不同配比对饲粮组合效应(associative effects,AE)的影响。【方法】采用体外产气法测定在精粗比40:60下,精料:打瓜籽壳:苜蓿为40:60:0、40:45:15、40:30:30、40:15:45和40:0:60;以及精粗比30:70下,精料:打瓜籽壳:苜蓿为30:70:0、30:55:15、30:40:30、30:25:45、30:10:60和30:0:70时共11种饲粮组合及3种单独原料(精料、打瓜籽壳、苜蓿)分别培养0、2、4、6、9、12、24、36 和48 h 的产气量(gas production,GP),培养结束后的上清液及残渣用以测定pH、挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acids,VFA)、氨态氮(NH3-N)、干物质降解率(dry matter digestibility,DMD)和有机物降解率(organic matter digestibility,OMD),并通过各组合的加权估算值计算出各指标的单项组合效应值(single factor AE indexes,SFAEI)和综合组合效应值(multiple-factors AE index,MFAEI)。【结果】精粗比为40:60时打瓜籽壳比例为45、30的组,及精粗比为30:70时打瓜籽壳比例为25、10的组的GP、DMD、OMD、NH3-N和TVFA含量和各指标的SFAEI显著高于其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01);当精粗比为40:60时,45打瓜籽壳组的MFAEI最大,极显著高于其他组(P<0.001);当精粗比为30:70时,25打瓜籽壳组的MFAEI最大,极显著高于其他组(P<0.001)。【结论】当精料:打瓜籽壳:苜蓿为40:45:15和30:25:45时,饲粮的综合组合效应值最大。

Abstract: 【Objective】This experiment was conducted to investigate the associative effects (AE) when watermelon seed shell was supplemented with alfalfa and the commercial concentrate feed using an in vitro gas production (GP) technique. The proportion of concentrate (C),watermelon seed shell (W) and alfalfa (A) was 40:60:0,40:45:15,40:30:30,40:15:45,40:0:60 and 30:70:0,30:55:15,30:40:30,30:25:45,30:10:60 and 30:0:70 when concentrate-roughage ratio (C:R) was 40:60 and 30:70,respectively.【Method】Gas production (GP) of 11 dietary combinations and 3 individual feed (concentrate, watermelon seed shell and alfalfa) fermented alone was recorded at 0,2,4,6,9,12,24,36,48 h. After incubation,the incubation fluid and residues were used to determine pH, volatile fatty acids (VFA),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N),dry matter digestibility (DMD) and organic matter digestibility (OMD). The single factor AE indexes (SFAEI) was defined as the difference between the observed value and the predicted value from individual feed fermented alone. And the multiple-factors AE index (MFAEI) were calculated.【Result】The results showed that groups of 45,30 and 25,10 watermelon seed shell had a higher GP,DMD,OMD,NH3-N,TVFA and SFAEI of them (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and groups of 45 and 25 watermelon seed shell had the greatest MFAEI (P<0.001) than other groups when C:R was 40:60 and 30:70.【Conclusion】The greatestAEwasobserved when concentrate:watermelon seed shell:alfalfa was 40:45:15 and 30:25:45.
