基于Fuzzy分析的假眼小绿叶蝉与天敌蜘蛛的数量关系

Quantitative Relationship between Empoasca vitis and Spiders of Natural Enemies Based on Fuzzy Analysis

摘要: 【目的】明确天敌蜘蛛与假眼小绿叶蝉Empoasca vitis在数量关系的密切程度,为判定假眼小绿叶蝉的优势种天敌种类提供科学依据。【方法】运用Fuzzy分级法和灰色关联度法研究乌牛早茶园和白毫早茶园与假眼小绿叶蝉在数量上关系密切的天敌蜘蛛种类。【结果】Fuzzy分级的频数分布的集中性显著高于分明分级频数的集中性,前者的变异系数显著小于后者,只有后者的二分之一,Fuzzy分级明确了假眼小绿叶蝉及其天敌数量上的主要分布区间。对蜘蛛与假眼小绿叶蝉的Fuzzy频数进行灰色关联度分析,前3位的灰色关联度值大的蜘蛛是:乌牛早茶园2015年是鳞纹肖蛸Tetragnatha squamata(0.853 4),锥腹肖蛸 Tetragnatha maxillosa(0.822 2)和八斑球腹蛛Theridion octomaculatum(0.799 3);2016年是锥腹肖蛸(0.768 1),鳞纹肖蛸(0.761 0)和粽管巢蛛Clubiona japonicola(0.744 9),乌牛早茶园两年中关联度值较高的前两位天敌相同,但位次不同。白毫早茶园2015年是鳞纹肖蛸(0.862 0),锥腹肖蛸(0.830 5)和八斑球腹蛛(0.797 3);2016年是八斑球腹蛛(0.904 5),锥腹肖蛸(0.864 3)和鳞纹肖蛸(0.843 9),两年中关联度值较高的前3位天敌相同,而位次不同。两年的两种茶园前3位天敌中都有鳞纹肖蛸和锥腹肖蛸。【结论】该法计算比较简便,结果比较可靠,是一种分析种间关系的较好方法。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The objective of this study was to clarify the relationship between the number of spider and Empoasca vitis, and to provide a scientific basis for determining the dominant species of natural enemies of Empoasca vitis. 【Method】 Both fuzzy classification and grey correlation degree methods were used to study the species of natural enemies closely related to the number of Empoasca vitis in ′Wuniuzao′ and ′Baihaozao′ tea garden in 2015 and 2016. 【Result】 The concentration of frequency distribution of fuzzy grading was significantly higher than that of the distinct grading frequency. The coefficient variation (CV) of the former was significantly smaller than that of the latter. The fuzzy frequency of spiders and Empoasca vitis was analyzed by grey correlation degree. The grey correlation degree of the first three spiders was as follows:Tetragnatha squamata Karsch (0.853 4), Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell (0.822 2) and Theridion octomaculatum (0.799 3) in Wuniuzao tea garden in 2015. They were Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell (0.768 1), Tetragnatha squamata Karsch (0.761 0) and Clubiona ja-ponicola Boes. et Str (0.744 9), respectively, in 2016. The first two natural enemies with high correlation values were same in both years but the position was different. They were scale Tetragnatha squamata Karsch (0.862 0), Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell (0.830 5) and Theridion octomaculatum Boes.et Str (0.797 3), respectively, in the Baihaozao tea garden in 2015. They were Theridion octomaculatum Boes.et Str (0.904 5), Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell (0.864 3) and Tetragnatha squamata Karsch (0.843 9), respectively, in 2016. The first three natural enemies with high correlation values were also same in both yearsbut the orders was different. The first three natural enemies of the two tea gardens in two years all had Tetragnatha squamata Karsch and Tetragnatha maxillosa Thorell. 【Conclusion】 The method is simple reliable, and is a good method to analyze the interspecific relationships.
