木麻黄内生真菌对其幼苗叶绿素相对含量及荧光参数的影响

Effect of Endophytic Fungi of Casuarina equisetifolia L. on Relative Chlorophyll Content and Fluorescence Parameters of the Seedlings

摘要: 【目的】为了探讨内生真菌对木麻黄幼苗光合性能的影响。【方法】采用水培苗浸泡菌液(S)和盆栽苗浇灌菌液(P)的侵染方式,接种28株不同的木麻黄内生真菌于无性系幼苗,测定幼苗的叶绿素相对含量差异以及叶绿素荧光参数的变化。【结果】S处理下46号菌株对叶绿素相对含量较对照的增幅为31.34%,16号菌株对叶绿素荧光参数Fm和Fv较对照差异最显著,分别为对照苗木的2.13倍和2.21倍;P处理未能提高木麻黄幼苗的叶绿素相对含量。【结论】内生真菌能够提高木麻黄水培苗木叶绿素相对含量以及主要叶绿素荧光参数Fm和Fv,从而促进幼苗的生长,但不同接菌方式以及不同菌株处理对光合性能的影响不同。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The present investigation was undertook in order to probe into the effects of endophytic fungi on photosynthetic performance of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings, and to improve the productivity of the seedlings. 【Method】 28 strains of endophytic fungi were inoculated to Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings by using two different inoculation methods which were dipped the seedling root in suspension(S) and irrigated the potted seedling with suspension(P). Relative chlorophyll content and the main chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the seedlings were determined by SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter and Handy FluorCam respectively. 【Result】 In the case of using S method, the SPAD value of strain No. 46 increased significantly by 31.34% compare with CK, the Fm and Fv of strain No. 16 had the most significant difference compare with CK,moreover,they are 2.13 and 2.21 times as much as CK. However, in the case of using P method, different strains had no effect on seedlings′ SPAD. 【Conclusion】 It is deduced that endophytic fungi could improve relative chlorophyll content and the main chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings, and thus improve the productivity of the seedlings. However different inoculation methods and different strains have different impact on photosynthetic performance.
