氮磷钾配比施肥对扁桃幼苗生长及叶片养分含量的影响

Effects of N, P and K Fertilization Treatments on the Growth and Nutrient Contents in Leaves of Mangifera persiciformis C. Seedlings

摘要: 【目的】探讨氮磷钾配比施肥对一年生扁桃幼苗生长及叶片养分含量的影响,为扁桃生产及应用提供理论依据。【方法】通过土壤盆栽试验,采用3因素4水平正交试验设计,测定扁桃生长特性和叶片养分含量各项指标,评价氮磷钾不同配比施肥下的苗木质量,采用隶属函数模糊分析法进行综合评价并筛选出最佳施肥配比组合。【结果】氮磷钾配比施肥可不同程度地促进扁桃幼苗的生长发育,除高径比、茎根比和一级侧根数外,株高增长量、地径增长量、生物量、总根长、根表面积、根平均直径、叶面积的最大值均出现在T6组N2P2K2(尿素0.770 g/株,过磷酸钙0.410 g/株,氯化钾0.304 g/株);不同施肥处理下扁桃幼苗的叶片养分含量有所差异,各施肥处理组叶片N、P、K含量均大于对照组。叶片N、P、K含量最高处理组分别为T11组N3P2K2(尿素1.155 g/株,过磷酸钙0.410 g/株,氯化钾0.304g/株),T7组N2P3K2(尿素0.770 g/株,过磷酸钙0.615 g/株,氯化钾0.304 g/株),T10组N2P2K3(尿素0.770 g/株,过磷酸钙0.410 g/株,氯化钾0.455 g/株)。【结论】通过隶属函数综合评价和苗木质量QI计算分析得出,最佳氮磷钾处理组为T6组N2P2K2

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of this research was to study the effects of N, P and K fertilization ratios on the growth characteristics and nutrient contents in leaves of Mangifera persiciformis C. seedlings, to provide a theoretical basis for the production and application of seedlings. 【Method】 A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the growth characteristics and nutrients of leaves using orthogonal design with three factors and four levels. The quality of seedlings under different N, P and K fertilization ratios was evaluated. The membership function fuzzy analysis method was used to evaluate and select the best fertilization ratio combination. 【Result】 N, P and K fertilization more of less increased the growth and development of M. persiciformis seedlings. Except for the height diameter ratio, stem root ratio and number of primary lateral roots, the largest value of plant height increment, ground diameter increment, biomass, total root length, root surface area, root average diameter and leaf area were observed in the T6 group N2P2K2 (urea 0.770 g/individual, superphosphate 0.410 g/individual and potassium chloride 0.304 g/individual). The nutrient contents of M. persiciformis seedlings were different among fertilization treatments and the contents in each fertilization group were higher than those in the control group. The highest values with N, P and K were T11 group N3P2K2 (urea 1.155 g/individual, superphosphate 0.410 g/individual and potassium chloride 0.304 g/individual), T7 group N2P3K2 (urea 0.770 g/individual, superphosphate 0.615 g/individual and potassium chloride 0.304 g/individual) and T10 group N2P2K3 (urea 0.770 g individual, superphosphate 0.410 g/individual and potassium chloride 0.455 g/individual), respecrively. 【Conclusion】 According to the comprehensive evaluation of membership function and QI calculation of seedling quality, the best treatment group of N, P and K was T6 group N2P2K2.
