苗床增温在冬季马铃薯脱毒苗栽培中的应用研究

Application of Seedbed Warming in Cultivation of Virus-Free Potato Seedlings in Winter

摘要: 【目的】研究成都平原冬季低温条件下不同增温措施对繁育马铃薯脱毒苗的影响。【方法】以马铃薯品种蓉紫芋5号脱毒试管苗为材料,设置不安装控温装置和小拱棚(CK)、安装控温装置(T1)、加盖小拱棚(T2)、安装控温装置和小拱棚(T3)4个处理。【结果】通过在传统基质栽培设施上安装控温装置和加盖小拱棚,可使苗床温度保持在15℃~25℃,较CK提高脱毒苗存活率57%,提早生根21.3 d,有利于形成壮苗,其根长、株高和结薯数等指标均显著优于CK,且经济效益显著提高。【结论】苗床增温处理有利于组培苗提前扦插,培养健壮脱毒苗,相同时间内显著增加脱毒苗苗量,对提高马铃薯原原种产能具有重要的意义。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The objective of this study was to study the effects of different warming measures on the breeding of virus-free potato seedlings during winter in Chengdu plain. 【Method】 Potato variety ‘rong zi yu 5’ by substrate culture was used in this study. There were four treatments,including traditional way (CK), installing temperature-controlling device (T1), small arch shed (T2) and both of them (T3). 【Result】 Installing both temperature-controlling device and small arch shed kept seedbed temperature ranging from 15 to 25 ℃. It improved the survival rate by 57%,and advanced rooting by 21.3 days In adiitioin, the treatments tended to increase root length, plant height,tuber yield per plant and economic benefits. 【Conclusion】 Therefore,the treatment of seedbed warming is beneficial to cutting of substrate-cultured seedlings and strong seedling. Meanwhile, it can also increase the number of virus-free seedlings. It has important significance of improving the production capacity of original-original potato seeds.
