玉米-大豆带状套作高产玉米叶片的生理特征研究

Physiological Characteristics in Leaves of High-Yield Maize Varieties in Maize-Soybean Relay Strip Intercropping System

摘要: 【目的】通过净作和套作2种种植模式下不同玉米品种的产量对比,分析套作模式下不同产量水平玉米的生理特性差异,为筛选适宜玉米-大豆带状套作的玉米品种提供参考。【方法】通过2年的大田试验,在玉米-大豆带状复合种植模式下,研究21个玉米品种在净作和套作模式下的产量水平,以产量为7 500 kg/hm2为界限,将供试的玉米品种划分为3个产量类别,即净作高产套作高产(SHIH)、净作高产套作低产(SHIL)和净作低产套作低产(SLIL),通过比较净作高产套作高产与净作高产套作低产两个类别下玉米穗位叶的叶片特性,从品种间穗位叶生理特性变异系数和生理特性与产量的相关性筛选套作高产玉米穗位叶的生理指标。【结果】筛选出叶绿素a、叶绿素含量和叶片厚度可作为选择套作高产玉米穗位叶的主要特征指标,在吐丝期套作高产的玉米品种叶片叶绿素a含量为345.76~503.64 mg/m2,叶绿素含量为481.21~727.73 mg/m2,叶片厚度为143.18~163.43 μm。【结论】套作高产的玉米品种相对于套作低产的玉米品种有较高的叶绿素a、叶绿素含量和较厚的叶片厚度。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The yield of different maize varieties under sole cropping and intercropping were compared. The physiological characteristics of maize at each yield level under intercropping system were analyzed. This study aimed to provide a reference for maize varieties selection in maize-soybean relay strip intercropping system. 【Method】 We conducted a two-year field experiment to investigate the yield potential in sole and intercropping systems using various maize varieties (n=21) in maize-soybean relay strip intercropping system. Taking the yield of 7 500 kg/hm2 as a limit, the maize varieties were divided into three yield groups, high yield in both sole and intercropping systems (SHIH), high yield in sole cropping but low yield in intercropping (SHIL) and low yield in both sole and intercropping systems (SLIL). We further in vestigated the physiological characteristics of ear leaves under different yield levels. The physiological indexes of ear leaves of high yield maize were selected through variable coefficient and correlation analysis between physiological characteristics and yield. 【Result】 We selected physiological characteristics, including chlorophyll a, chlorophyll and thickness of ear leaf, as the main physiological indexes for high yield maize in intercropping system. The maize in SHIH group had higher chlorophyll a (345.76~503.64 mg/m2) and chlorophyll (481.21~727.73 mg/m2). The leaf thickness of maize in SHIH group was about 143.18~163.43 μm. 【Conclusion】 The high yield maize varieties in intercropping had higher chlorophyll a, chlorophyll content and thicker leaf thickness than the low yield maize varieties in intercropping system.
